C & A Transportation, Inc. is consistently rated in the top 20 percent in safety statistics with our insurance carriers. We make every effort to see that our drivers get home most weekends, and obtain their 34 hour restart at home. We are committed to an excellent maintenance program with an average fleet age of less than 3 years. We offer a competitive pay rate, insurance, access to Idle Aire, and incentive bonus programs.
We do not haul HazMat; thus, we do not require HazMat endorsement. Our drivers average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. Over 95% of our freight is “no touch.”

The required qualifications for a company driver position with C & A Transportation are listed below:
- Possess a current and valid CDL
- Minimum of 2 years OTR driving experience
- Stable employment record
- Acceptable 3 year MVR
- Ability to meet the standards of the Drug Free Workplace Program
- Minimum age – 22
- Reside within 50 miles of Macon, GA
